Welcome to the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction blog.  Here you'll find videos, webinars and a lot of other free resources to help you become more proficient in your mindfulness practice.

Mindfulness is well worth the effort.  I've experienced a change in my posture, breathing and awareness.
The more you practice mindfulness the more things you'll become aware of and you'll be a happier and healthier person.

When I First Started Stress Reduction Based on Mindfulness


The first time I performed a mindfulness based stress reduction exercise I felt a little relaxed.  The next time I did it I felt a little more relaxed and I discovered that mindfulness takes a little time to begin working its magic.

After about two weeks of performing the mindfulness based exercises my posture improved so much that I began to sit straight up!  I didn't even notice at first and then I realized that my back didn't hurt any longer.  Achieving perfect posture helped eliminate my back pains and the way I sit.
